The High Court by way of an ex parte (no notification) liquidation order, requested by his brother after James stated that the company was insolvent and should be liquidated, appointed an interim liquidator on 10 November 2010, suspending James from control of the company.
This was the result of James denying his brother's request that the company accounts to be audited after his brother found evidence of theft and fraud taking place.
